Paste and publish

Open your page editor, add an HTML/Code block, paste the snippet, then save and publish. The widget appears immediately.

WordPress

Block editor (Gutenberg): In your post or page, click the + button to add a block, search for Custom HTML, then paste the embed code into the block. Click Preview to see it live, then Publish or Update.

Classic editor: Switch to the Text tab (not Visual), paste the code where you want the widget to appear, then save.

Elementor / Divi: Drag a HTML widget (Elementor) or Code Module (Divi) onto your layout and paste the snippet inside it.

In the Webflow Designer, drag an Embed element from the Add panel onto your canvas. Double-click it, paste the embed code into the HTML Embed Code Editor, then click Save & Close. Publish your site to make it live.

Is the widget free to use?
Yes. There are no fees, no account required, and no usage limits. The only requirement is that the "Blucalculator" branding at the bottom of the widget remains intact.
Does the widget work on mobile devices?
Yes. The widget is fully responsive. On narrow screens it stacks inputs vertically and scales to fit the container width automatically.
Will the widget update automatically?
Yes. The widget is loaded from our servers each time a visitor opens your page, so any improvements we make to the calculator are reflected immediately — no code change needed on your end.
Can I use the Sidebar / Adjustable style on mobile?
The sidebar style works on mobile but we recommend using the Full-Width style for mobile-first pages, as it stretches to 100% of the container width by default.
Why use a JavaScript snippet instead of a plain iframe?
The JavaScript snippet sets styles with !important, which overrides theme CSS rules that may otherwise constrain the iframe size. It also listens for height messages from the widget and resizes automatically, removing the need for scrollbars.
Can I embed multiple widgets on the same page?
Yes. Each widget gets a unique ID based on its slug, so multiple widgets can coexist on one page without conflicts.
